1. Administration: CEO Michael S. Pratter;
2. Board of Advisors: Michael Pratter; Cyrus Bharucha, Robert Benia, Peter Lusk; Joseph Griffin; Sheila McCarthy; Ken August, Jacques Pauw, Marty Waldman and additional members who shall be nominated and approved by two members
3. Deals: Board of Advisors are free to pursue their existing businesses, but can refer any deals to specific members of the board of Advisors and if there are two approvals including the presenter then the deal can be approved on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis
4. Non Member Affiliates: These are individuals who a member of the board of Advisors wants the GCA to do business with but are not accepted as members. These can be individuals, companies, or investment firms that proposer and one member of board of Advisors
